Susan Bach has a solid multi-media background and has extensive startup experience in print and television including Anniversary Publishing, Inc. a custom publishing company she founded and operated for 10 years. She is well versed in the entire cycle of bringing a media property to life - from inception of the concept to the development of editorial themes, creating a unique look, hiring staff and assigning freelance writers, photographers, editors, art-directors, pacing of visuals and editing, controlling budgets and promoting and delivering the final product. She has been responsible for the entire editorial and publishing content of consumer and specialty publications. Ms. Bach understands information gathering in several fields, and how industry calendars and creative partnerships must meet advertisers and client needs to optimize benefits.

Ms. Bach recognizes opportunities and trends before they are mainstreamed. She executive produced the First Spanish language interview whit the Presidential Candidates for Telemundo. Susan has created public private partnerships with government agencies. She is familiar with graphic, printing procedures and rotating schedules, the flow pattern of visuals and copy and how several issues are worked on simultaneously and the sizzle necessary to creating exciting television. Her understanding of cross media relationships allows clients to leverage relationships. Ms. Bach was one of the minority that anticipated the custom publishing trend. She has been responsible for recognizing and acting upon new opportunities including the use of Internet television. Her roster of clients includes but is not limited to the following: Shreve, Crump & Low, The Museum of Science, Chubb Insurance, Rolex, Mercedes-Benz of North America, and Tag Hauer.

An appreciation of travel culture, from Jerez to St. Barthelemy, is at the center of her interest in presenting the worlds finest resorts with the worlds best communications tool - Internet TV.

Susan is an attorney at law attended The Georgetown School of Foreign Service, The Sorbonne and is a graduate of Wellesley College.

Derrick D. DeLuties - Executive Producer

Derrick DeLuties’ career has been marked by a steady focused progression. Prior to founding Lunchpail Productions Derrick wore many different hats in the production field.

Derrick graduated from Emerson College in 1991 and immediately began work as a freelance camera and field audio technician for corporate video, broadcast commercials and independent features. After five years of freelance work, Derrick took a full time position at Cramer Productions where he worked behind the camera and eventually was recruited onto the Cramer sales team.

In 1999 Derrick took the Director of Sales and Marketing position at Finish Editorial in Boston, MA. It was there that Derrick found his niche in calling on advertising agencies and he was able to double the company’s sales in his first year. With a year of success in selling to agencies under his belt, in 2000 Derrick decided to branch out into the corporate production arena. He began to offer turnkey production solutions through Finish. As Executive Producer on corporate projects Derrick created a new revenue stream for Finish, who had typically only worked with agencies.
It was with his strongly established industry relationships and an entrepreneur’s spirit that Derrick founded Lunchpail Productions in August of 2002. Since then he has been turning out some of the highest quality film and video work in the marketplace. Focused and ambitious, he is extremely responsive to his client’s needs and effective in making sure all of the details of a project have been covered.

Ben Brunt - Photographer & Web Designer

Ben Brunt’s' career started right after graduating from Champlain College with a Multimedia and Graphic Design degree in 2004. He started out working as a Graphic/Web designer for a company doing work for large fortune 500 companies and then moving onto working with a non-profit organization as their Graphic/Web Designer. Ben has always had an entrepreneurial drive inside to push him into the forefront of his industry. In 2005 Ben started a company called VT Home Tours, with fellow videographer Nate Scott, to bring the housing industry into your own living room. This opened up the doors for larger opportunities for Ben.

Ben is currently located in Burlington, VT living up to his entrepreneur nature working as a Freelance Web Designer.

Ben can usually be found drinking coffee, with a camera in hand and is always looking at the world with a creative eye. Other hobbies include surfing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking and kayaking. Oh Ya - he is 6'5" so you probably wont miss him.

Nate Scott - Videographer

Since graduating from Radford University in 2004 with a degree in Media Studies/ Video Production, Nate has been busy working as a freelance videographer back in his home state of Vermont. He has worked as a cameraman and editor for a local Vermont news station, been involved in many independent features, and started the company VT Home Tours with colleague and web designer Ben Brunt.

With passions for both the still and moving image he is always looking to improve and gain experience with every job completed.
